A standout example is our collaboration with ElkeMelk, the unique dairy concept by farmer Mathijs Baan, where milk from an individual cow is processed and bottled within minutes—with the cow’s name printed right on the label.
Full Automation for Freshness and Storytelling
In partnership with GKS Packaging and innovation partner TOP b.v., we developed a fully automated mini-pasteurizerand PET bottling station. This compact system allows raw milk to be thermally treated and filled into bottles immediately after milking—all within 10 minutes. The result: ultra-fresh milk and full traceability down to the individual cow.
The installation is built according to EHEDG hygienic design standards, with sustainability and simplicity at its core. The system runs fully autonomously, requiring minimal energy and maintenance. It uses a pasteurized cold-chain process that guarantees food safety while preserving the natural taste and texture of the milk.

ElkeMelk has won multiple international awards, including the prestigious World Dairy Innovation Award, and is widely recognized as a pioneering example of transparency, technology, and storytelling in dairy.
